Not satisfied with your product or need to exchange it? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll be able to process your request. Please follow the guidelines below:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in the same condition you received them.

Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage may be denied.
No Returns on Compression Apparel
For hygiene and performance reasons, all compression apparel is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds Issued as Store Credit Only
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be delivered via email and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your exchange or store credit.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days after delivery to our facility for inspection and processing.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.
